    In this sequence of videos, The Scourge, a transhuman persona, talks to Mark Zuckerberg in ASMR interactions. Having a Facebook profile, the Scourge communicates its intimate thoughts of desire for Mark, breaching the space between a fake user and Facebook’s upmost celebrity-creator.

 

The YouTube-inserted ASMR videos, convey intimacy through their whispering and textured sounds, created both by the Scourge’s voice and the sounds of the charcoal on canvas. Youtube’s automatic captions create a second layer of language mediation to the video experience.
